I think Nader has to be an issue.
It was very telling that at the SH's meeting he said he didn't want to push the EUA issue with the FDA because he didn't want another strike against Cytodyn's record with the FDA.
We criticize the FDA for likely very good reasons but it hasn't helped that Nader has done things like submitting a very premature breakthrough therapy request early this year that was denied, thus wasting the FDA's time. My guess is that the FDA and others have probably been exasperated by him over time, as most of us investors have been as well.
