I disagree with this article as it mentions ACB. my understanding is mexico want to discourage large USA or canadian corporation from entering the cannabis market in mexico (I just can't find the link to this at the moment)

corporate at RMHB should reach them and say: hey...we are already there look at these picture... and we are the ONLY ones there... but NOT do so before all required filing are done...
