If the spin out happens, Generex wins big any way you see it. They add a huge amount of value to their bottom line when you look at them owning 90% or so of NGIO and the PPS has to be 2.00, 3.00 or 4.00 just to start out with on Nasdaq.
When that happens and when you look at the shares that Generex has in itself outstanding, which is in the neighborhood of 100 million, their value then goes up.
