Can anyone give me any information on Consorteum Holdings? Stock traded on 10/9/20 on the OTC Market, then went back to the Grey Market. I know both companies are one of the same. Stock was suspended on 6/29/20, and in August SEC found both companies in acceptance of Offer of Settlement (ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING
File No. 3-19842). What does it all mean?
