Remember that months ago, the government pulled the BARDA money away from treatments, and went in whole hog on vaccines. The mere fact that the treatments that would have gotten through clinical trials with that grant money by now would have saved at least tens of thousands and maybe many more lives -- seems like they didn't care about current patients, just future ones. Pie in the sky. Two vaccines now so far with safety concerns severe enough to freeze the clinical trials.
