These are great results but Relief has been PR'ing this same group of patients since early August.
The problem with their ongoing trial is that it doesn't take the sickest patients and only has 144 patients total (their interim look is at 102 patients and will be at the end of this month) So their total enrollment is 51 fewer than our interim and without taking the critically ill it may be difficult for them to show efficacy with only 144 even though their drug seems tailor-made for covid, it's the only lung-specific drug of all the therapeutics I've seen.
