If not 9 immortals, how many would we need? Does anyone have a p-value breakdown for trial-induced immortality?
All jokes a salad (comedy bang bang reference) for anyone confused by my post and Ken’s reply I was implying that at Relief’s rate of mortality in their placebo arm we’d be in tremendous shape applying anywhere near that rate to our trial results. In other words, it’s another very plausible example that we could see a large percentage of CD12 deaths in the placebo arm. Thus delivering a powerful p-value that can’t be ignored. I’d be happy with crushing a secondary endpoint of immortality though.
