Exactly right!
Lily and Regeneron mAbs are attempting to block the virus.
Dexamethasone (good for critical) is an immune suppressor.
Leronlimab is an immune modulator, stops positive feedback loop of hyper inflammation.
RLF-100 and lenzilumab are competitors to leronlimab (inferior IMO, thus all my money is here).
The others are no more direct competitors than vaccines are.
