100%. I can't understand at all how anyone can think this is some sort of holistic improvement rather than a quick and well orchestrated pump.
What are they seeing that would appeal to new investors or entice someone to add to their position? There's been zero positive news since whenever and a major dilution is on tap. After a killer reverse split.
