mikey- That is true statement. But this morning action was a result of someone wanted to get out or trim his position due to his/her large position in UNVC. If someone has 15 mil shares, may be he just wanted to sell 1 Mil shares to reduce his risk. It is called hedging your portfolio in case of bad news. But he still has 14 Mil shares if news is good.
