I'd rather see them ordered by a court to pay restitution. We're not going to get any money back if they're in jail.

Have liens put on their properties, freeze their bank accounts and other assets, confiscate their passports, and put the company into some sort of receivership.

Otherwise, they will spend a huge amount of company money defending themselves and appealing any sentences.
