It would take a near miracle for FDA to halt the trial and give Leronlimab EUA before Regeneron or Lilly get approved. Best bet is to turbocharge enrollment as much as possibly imo.
Near miracle being 15 LL : 20 Placebo deaths or thereabouts... not impossible, but appears difficult from here.
