Hi Everyone,
I have written that email to Joe Moscato and told him about my issue of never having received the 1:4 NGIO dividend shares, and had received the 2:5 NGIOs, but they were removed out of my account again sometime in June.
Joe was first not very appreciative of this email, called it impossible, not making sense, and even a pontential lie, or an issue that I have with my broker. But then I forwarded him the official letter from my broker, in which they informed me about the removal, and now he forwarded my email to his direct contact at the TA.
Still, he considers it - if at all - an isolated case, so please let me know if you have similar issues related to the mentioned NGIO dividends, so we can collectively provide our information to the TA representative.
