Glad you brought up GvHD. I agree, finishing this up years ago and getting FDA approval would be a much lower threshold and would be a great base hit. It would Change this to an an FDA approved drug that could also be an HIV and Covid drug and... instead of non approved drug. If there is a management decision I would change, finishing gvhd a long time ago would be it.
