I would definitely look for a reversal tomorrow based on the inverted hammer candlestick formation. I'd guess lowest .016, but probably no lower. Instead of looking for bottom you could probably just buy at .018 on the way up. I'd guess there will be a little hesitancy to buy even when people recognize the trend reversal, so you should have ample time. IMHO.
