Doc, thank you for the Poison Pill info. I was unaware of this option. As for the company I had worked for, I am unaware if they threatened to use the Pill and obviously if they had, it would have become common knowledge.

Is this just a verbal confirmation or as the article https://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/poisonpill.asp mentioned, this option is included the GNBT/NGIO corporate bylaws/charter? Anyway, it’s good to know there is a contingency plan.
As for me, I have bought my “ticket” and plan to ride the GNBT/NGIO train to its final destination of fulfilling its corporate potential and will accept whatever form/function is manifested. I will even accept a derailment along the way and tolerate disruptive hooligans hitching a ride, as long as they stay in the passenger compartment. But I will not abide with ‘Big Money” kicking me off the train and throwing a hand full of chump change at my feet.
