Looks like you share my impression:
LL crosses BBB locked in the CCR5 receptors it fully occupies on immune reg cells (T-cells, macrophages???).
And otherwise, the same cells would be pro-inflammatory - causing encephalitis.
No other intervention should prevent encephalitis???
I'm too much a lightweight to make this argument.
