As smart folks answer your original question, I’d like to add one.
I assume we have an affect across the BBB through immune modulation (and anti-inflammatory/anti-demyelination) causes.
I assume Leronlimab rides across the BBB on (T-cells, macrophages???) immune reg cells - trapped within a CCR5 receptor for example.
My question is, if LL takes a ride across the BBB, does it also cross alone as a freelancer? And does it matter? Can LL have an affect solo once there?
