Re: Borel Fields #60597
Borel,
Crossing the BBB as part of immune response was the first way I heard of leronlimab having an affect across the BBB. Per Scott Kelley in a CC in June/July.
The mAB actually crossing the BBB also came out of Scott Kelley‘s mouth in a recent CC, but related to Dr Sacha’s macaque studies. “70-75% receptor occupancy in brain tissue samples.”
I ‘believe’ we have confirmed in human patients that LL crosses.
But my point is, Dr Kelley said in June that we have an affect across the BBB due to immune system regulation.
