I believe what I heard today...and I am certain I will be corrected if I'm off base...is that for lack of cash Joe could not pay the two labs which were conducting the peptide investigation...either to complete it or to simply get the results...and...now that he was flush with cash he expected to take custody of the results in the near future. Did anyone hear anything different?
