Joe said early on in the call that the two NGIO S-1 received no comments in their review from the SEC, but that they would need to be updated with the latest 10K. So an S-1A will need to be sent in with that change for those 2 S-1's before EFFECT.
Joe stated that as there were no comments from their reviewed, he would essentially be able to pick the effect date for those 2.
