It seems to me that the entire case depends on the"cooperating witness",Bob never does meet or talk to the fake broker.I wonder if all these meetings and conversations with the"cooperating witness",were recorded or can be corroborated by a second party?I wonder how reliable this"cooperating witness" can be???With what I have read in the charges,nowhere does it mention how this"scheme"was initiated,and why wasn't it?It will be interesting to see what is revealed during discovery.
