I think there will be MAB fever, as soon as people realize what they are, what they do, and that they'll be here sooner than vaccines. (And usually with well established and evident safety events - namely liver and kidney issues. Contrasted with spinal swelling and hyperimmunity.)

Docs should catch on fairly quickly that no virus = no use for LLY & REGN, regardless of clinical severity. Not everyone will be tested on a daily basis and get those MABs in time to avoid severe stage, I'd wager. Plenty of room for everyone.
