unblinding penalty--When I listen to the video @ the 1:30 mark NP says that the FDA and the MHRA have requested the interim analysis of the Ph 3 trial. That does not seem fair IF the FDA requested the analysis that there would be a penalty?? I believe it will not even be close that the penalty could affect/effect the p value or appproval but if it does that would be lots more lives wasted to complete trial.
