The ONLY "long shot" I see even possible at this point is if EPL meets phase two requirements. Then there is sole source contract potential. Due to the current severe economic downturn what other potential cash cows are left standing? I see NONE but the Federal one in the pasture. Do you see any other heifers out in the non-government field to milk?
