As I mentioned in my last post https://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=5920125 it now appears that my perceived nefarious manipulators have been put on hold. I have not seen any lowball Ask prices on the Level 2 Quotes. Perhaps “they” are afraid after the latest news release that (my perceived) share swapping scheme will be intercepted by outside buyers. Obviously this is just my interpretation.
After checking the internet, this latest news has been widely disseminated. So my guess is that outside investors are poised with their “buy button”, ready to push, waiting for the IND and/or Phase 1/2 plan to be initiated. That could be as early as tomorrow with a pre-CC release or with CC good news. The funding is available and all the debating over crossed T-s and dotted I-s is (I believe) moot. GNBT/NGIO is now like a race car, fully gassed up, engine running, in gear with the clutch ready to engage (pop), only waiting for the starter flag to drop.
