If you quoted the whole post: doctors that can't get ahold of either of those two solutions... LLY will only have 1M doses by EOY, I believe. Not sure offhand for REGN, but these are MABs we're talking about, would expect kind of the same.

The northern hemisphere is several times more populated than the southern, and just going into winter... this is what I would consider the most dangerous phase of the pandemic to date. We'll get some more data regarding reinfections in the coming months as well. I have zero concern that this will all be sorted out by EOY. In the meantime, there's the UK, which only really has GSK working on an answer... Plenty of other countries will be in the same boat, unfortunately.
