Several of the folks that left comments to the Seeking Alpha article had similar observations.
Not sure if it was the author- here was a response. (Still scratching my head . . . . but looks like the bar was pretty low.)
"Most patients clear the virus by day 11. But some don't. That's the entire point.
An exploratory analysis showed that the proportion of patients with persistent high viral load at day 7 for combination therapy was lower (3.0 percent) versus placebo (20.8 percent), corresponding to a nominal p value of p<0.0001 without multiplicity adjustment."
