I relistened that part. He was talking about statistical significance (therefore we can have far above >30%) and obviously wasn't sure about the numbers. Plus the video wasn't solely about leronlimab and he adressed this issue after a long 46min monologue. So don't take him by the word, he just tried to adress as many questions as possible at the end of the video.
