It was my impression the whole idea was to do the development and trials overseas. There is not anywhere near the $ to get trials done in the US, as that takes big bucks.

So if you're right, we would be once again sitting behind the NGIO spin 8-ball and waiting for that to occur and provide funding.

I guess I'm not hoping for the best... I thought that was the plan, and we were actually prepared to implement the plan at this point...
