Do not be duped by the walked down artificially low asks - it is clearly being loaded for the next run over .01 again which has already happened a number of times this year - even before the latest ABA news.
No excuse for not being loaded in the .0350 > .06 range to be sitting on a large inventory of shares to trade on all future moves in 2020 and 2021 on ABA and other updates.
