In watching the OTC Real-Time Level 2 Quote, every time an Ask price of .26 or so is at the queue top, a new lower Ask of .23ish makes it to the top. This appears to me that a couple of entities are simply swapping the same stock shares back and forth hoping to absorb additional stocks sold by disheartened investors. No normal investor would be willing to sell 3-4 cents (15-20%) under the top (lowest) Ask price. So it might be that until NGIO is on NASDAQ and GNBT is sitting on 300+ million NGIO shares that demand a true PPS evaluation, will we finally be able to shed these leaches and barnacles.
