It seems Dominion et. al are highly disatisfied with AMBS. They believe GC is diverting attention and corporate opportunities from AMBS and has directed it to other companies such as Todos. Recall, defending his limited attention towards AMBS, GC has said what is good for Todos is also good for AMBS.
The 13d at the moment is a warning shot to force GC to re-focus back on AMBS. They are saying they will take further actions if things do not improve. It could also be a ploy to get a piece of Todos since they can see it is going to f*ing explode
