Although I did tell my son's little league team were about to get killed by a far better and seasoned "travel team" in what is never a real "locals only" tournament. I told them we were all good enough to be there and we should have as much fun as we can while doing our best. Getting whacked would only matter if we waisted the day being sore losers and kicking dirt. Then I showed them the hair clippers and told them I would mohawk my hair in the parking lot afterwards, win or lose, that mohawk is all they ever remembered.
