I've been thinking about the Malaysian deal with BK. I just looked up their stock, and their gains since the announcement of the potential deal seem to have stuck so far. Up from 0.105RMO to 0.685RMO, a more than 550% gain:

So as far as their desire to get the deal across the finish line, we are not without leverage or alone in the thinking that time is of the essence.
Granted, we have had basically a downward trend for most of the period since the potential BK deal came to light. So I'm not saying we want it any less, but it's certainly not one-sided like our "involvement" w MRK, for example (free Keytruda samples... then you're on your own!).
I guess I see this as an indication that hopefully the deal was struck last week and an 8K should still be coming. This also roughly jives with the 8k being due within 4 days of the event (unless it was changed during CV?) and the call being scheduled for Thursday.
