"Potential" is a scary word for a company that cannot get their BLA straight. I recall Nadar telling us we'd have income by the end of this year for HIV, and that is NOWHERE near in sight right now.
5 possible approvals in the next year? "Possible" is word that has no teeth when it comes to CYDY. Is it possible? OF COURSE it is. Is it probable? Well, have we seen management deliver on most things, or swing and miss?
Depending on the BO offer, I'd consider it and hope for shares in the acquiring company as well. $10/share? Of course not. $25? I'd consider it where things stand now (after we learn that CYDY has to continue CD12 because the interim results were not enough).
