1. Stop the trial due to dangerous side effects or no efficacy. This is highly unlikely based on anecdotal evidence, safety and M/M results
2. You're not going to hit your P-value number, add more patients to the trial to achieve statistical significance
3. Looks good so far. Keep going until full enrollment. Payday comes later.
4. LL hits it out of the park. Trial stopped. LL administered to placebo patients for ethical reasons. The eagle flies high.
