1. Stop the trial due to dangerous side effects or no efficacy. This is highly unlikely based on anecdotal evidence, safety and M/M results
2. You're not going to hit your P-value number, add more patients to the trial to achieve statistical significance
3. Looks good so far. Keep going until full enrollment. Payday comes later.
