Maybe we get an 8K showing the signed deal and the receipt of the $2.5M before Thursday. I know they have 3 days to put it out. So is it better to state the closing and receipt on an 8AM conf call, which (not being negative) may not hold the largest audience? Or is it better to PR out the closing and receipt so everyone will know? I think the 2nd option this way Joe can mention it and celebrate it without spending a large amount of the conf call explaining it.
