If you open up the court document, the two main headers state:
"In the supreme court of Texas"
(Followed by some info, then states):
"Reply in support of petition for review".
Ted combined the two, then added "filed on behalf of K&L Gates". I don't think he was being purposely nefarious, but I agree that when I first read the post, it made it appear that the court was the one who made the argument.
The post should have been more clear to avoid confusion.
