lol, about the 0.05 lie and the fact that amateur short-sellers are back trying to cover their short....just take the lost already!!! you will notice that they ALWAYS say a bold statement but NEVER with a link to actual facts.

so for those who don't know: what's the real story about this 0.05 per can: it's an escape clause. If, for any reason, Mexico decides that it wants to produce the can themselves (changes to the law or whatever reason) RMHB still gets 0.05 per can forever for doing nothing! that's the dirty of it.

6.2 Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing written notice to the other party at least one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the date of termination for convenience. Upon termination of the Agreement the Company will have the right to use Supplier’s formulas for the Beverages for as long as the Company pays Supplier a royalty fee equal to five cents ($.05) per bottle and/or can of Product produced by the Company or its contractor.
