I know we have like 139 institutional investments in XCUR but why did we borrow money at this present time? Are we going to have some type of additional good new soon? I would actually thought our share price would have moved upward by now? Something is brewing and it would system to me that we have enough Institutional investments as too many can be bad too?

Let's see what the month of October brings us. We have something popping in a big way by the end of November or am I wrong?
