I think the doctors are not being forthcoming. He supposedly has 98% Sp02 oxygen level which would indicate within normal. That would indicate a very mild case of COVID-19. Dexamethasone can suppress the immune system's ability to kill the virus. Which is why it's used in severe cases where absolutely necessary.. I could see using it in high moderate as a precautionary. Using it in a very mild case seems to make no sense.
