First update on SEC v Magna case since June. Magna lawyers have been gaining additional documents on SEC and SDNY investigation of key witnesses all summer. Looks like they've gotten them and will get a little more by next week. Looks a little shady by the government, but interestingly enough, Magna lawyers haven't scheduled any depositions yet. If they find things, they certainly will and that suggests they haven't found much yet. Looks like Case will pick back up in November for final stages.
