Did Nader Pourhassan just spend $7.5M to buy CYDY stock?
1) Showing confidence in the company: NP directly bought 500,000 shares of CYDY 9/30/20 - which would show confidence in the company by investing $1.5M in CytoDyn.
2) NP exercised option to Buy 2M shares for $6.24M. His own cash had to go into buy these options and this adds to to Balance Sheet, increasing CytoDyn's cash. Again, lots of confidence in CYDY
