We don't necessarily know that the Bintai deal did not get finalized today, as they have several days to file the corresponding 8-K for it with the SEC.
All we know is that they are not advertising it in a PR.
With the confidence they have in scheduling a CC on the subject with less than a week's notice, I would be surprised to not have a filed 8-K before the Thursday CC.
