If there is a tracking number you can definitely see if they're sending things in a timely, professional manner. It would be good to have more insight on that aspect.
However, you are so right, there have been so many package thefts everywhere. It really has gotten out of control.
I have to say though when my order of the drinks were damaged, they quickly remedied the situation.
