The build out has been nice to see, but so what really?? He used other people's money and dilution and is not getting return on investment.
Just because he bought and built all the machinery doesn't mean he did it in the right place.
The mechanical side sure it looks good, but the technical and chemistry side has been a massive fail. Cesar appears to be the wrong guy if he is the one trying to figure out the chemistry or there just isn't gold.
