I think that makes a lot of sense. NP has mentions triple digit before and lately mentions the stock should be $20, so my guess is IF there is anything on the table will be between 10-15. He is trying to talk up the price, but BP and FDA are buddy buddy and NP knows it BP knows it. Chance of increasing the bid is slim unless there is a bidding war between BP which is unlikely. All BP are the same and they probably cut from the same mold.
