When the Vyera deal was done in Dec.17/19, I believe it was HIV centric with a mention of other indications but, not named as such.
The S#!t didn't hit the fan until Feb./2020, and other possibly indications started to burst onto the scene. I don't know if scheming at high levels (Vyera) might provoke some sort of morality clause..to break agreements....I don't know.
It seems to me there may be avenues to go with lack of sales force....distribution...basically not up to the task at hand.
