CASE # 1:20-cv-00706-DLC......possibly adding to the nightmare at Vyera Pharmaceuticals..we have the able presence of Letitia James N.Y. Attorney General in concert with six other Attorneys general from Common Wealth of Virginia, Calif. Illinois, N Carolina, Ohio, and Pennyslvania. All with the common goal of removing heads. The specific heads of Founders Martin Shkreli, Kevin P. Mulleady, and honorable mention of Averill L. Powers current CEO of Phoenixus, AG, parent to Vyera, with 5 employees and revenues of $1.22 Million.
Shkreli is in jail on Securities fraud for 7 years, with not much future in front. Mulleady is Chmn of Phoenixus AG and co-fdr of Vyera and frmr portfolio Mgr of Morgan Stanley and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Center of focus is looking for disgorgement, fines etc. and whatever they can throw in to penalize theses bottom feeders. Averill L. Powers is not named as co-defendant but was around when the deeds were enacted. Powers is also Chief Strategy officer and General Counsel To Vyera, since Aug/2018. We started a business relationship Dec./17/19.
